Ocean’s Sunrise Dog Walking provides dog walking services arranged through this website. Services may include walking, basic handling, and general supervision of your dog(s). This service does not include training, grooming, or medical care.
All services must be paid in full before they are performed. No service will be provided without completed payment.
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
You agree that your dog:
- Is not aggressive or dangerous
- Has no history of biting or attacking
- Is up to date on vaccinations
You accept full responsibility for any undisclosed behavior.
You understand that animals can behave unpredictably. By using this service, you accept all risks associated with dog walking, including but not limited to injury, escape, illness, or property damage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
In the event of an emergency, you authorize the walker to seek veterinary care for your dog. You agree to be fully responsible for any resulting costs.
If access to your home or property is required, you grant permission for entry as needed to perform the service. Reasonable care will be taken, but minor accidental damage may occur.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless this service from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your dog’s behavior or your failure to provide accurate information.
By using this service and submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
